Frozen fruit smoothie

This is a great pre or post-workout snack. Try it with any fruit variety. Use frozen fruits to skip adding ice cubes.

Ingredients: makes 2 cups

  • 1 cup milk or alternative (you can use coconut milk)
  • One small banana cut in slices
  • ½ cup berries
  • 1 cup mango, cubed

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a food processor and consume directly.
