Learning how to cook healthy food is just like learning a new skill and we can all do it!
If you are looking for an introduction to eating healthier, these workshops are for you! These classes are led by me Dr.Carla Habib Mourad and offer hands-on time in the kitchen. You’ll learn about which foods are good for you to eat and which ones are bad. I will also teach you how to cook easy, healthy, and delicious meals that will be easy to make on your own.
These cooking classes will be focused on teaching people how simple it can be to eat well without stressing out about it.
