I used powdered milk to increase the protein content, you can replace with a scoop of whey protein.
Ingredients: makes 2 cups
- ½ cup fruits (banana, mango, berries etc.)
- 1 cup milk or alternative (yogurt/cashew milk)
- 3 tbsp. milk powder
Directions
Add all ingredients into a blender, process well, consume directly or store in the fridge for a few hours.
