In this smoothie, choose one source of fat, I usually prepare it to my son with avocado, he loves it. Makes a great pre-workout/breakfast meal.
Ingredients: makes 2 cups
- One cup milk
- 1 tbsp. peanut butter or ¼ avocado/ or 1 tbsp. chia seeds
- One banana (can be frozen)
Directions
Mix ingredients using a hand mixer, consume directly or store in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
