High protein Smoothie

I used powdered milk to increase the protein content, you can replace with a scoop of whey protein.

Ingredients: makes 2 cups

  • ½ cup fruits (banana, mango, berries etc.)
  • 1 cup milk or alternative (yogurt/cashew milk)
  • 3 tbsp. milk powder
 

Directions

Add all ingredients into a blender, process well, consume directly or store in the fridge for a few hours.
