This is my family’s favorite guacamole recipe. You can use it as a dip or spread in sandwiches instead of mayonnaise.


  • 1 avocado, deseeded and cut
  • ½ small tomato, cut in small cubes
  • ½ small onion, minced
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • ¼ tsp salt


Mix all ingredients in a food processor until smooth. If you prefer a coarse texture, mash with a fork and consume directly or store in the fridge.
