This is my family’s favorite guacamole recipe. You can use it as a dip or spread in sandwiches instead of mayonnaise.
Ingredients
- 1 avocado, deseeded and cut
- ½ small tomato, cut in small cubes
- ½ small onion, minced
- 1 tsp cumin
- ¼ tsp salt
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a food processor until smooth. If you prefer a coarse texture, mash with a fork and consume directly or store in the fridge.Nutritional Facts for Guacamole
