Chocolate Oat Cookies

If you are looking for healthy cookies that are also super tasty, try this recipe.


  • One egg + ½ tsp vanilla
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup butter (50g)
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • ½ tbs cinnamon
  • ¼ cup walnuts
  • ¼ cup chocolate chip cookies


  • Beat butter and brown sugar until fluffy, beat in egg and vanilla until combined.
  • Combine flour,
    cinnamon and baking soda.
  • Add flour mixture gradually to butter mixture until combined.
  • Stir in walnuts
    and chocolate chips.
  • Chill the dough 2 hours in the fridge. Roll one tablespoon of the dough into a ball, place on prepared cookies sheets and bake in a preheated oven at 180 deg for 10-12 minutes.
