Ingredients
- One egg + ½ tsp vanilla
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup butter (50g)
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 3/4 cup flour
- ½ tbs cinnamon
- ¼ cup walnuts
- ¼ cup chocolate chip cookies
Directions
- Beat butter and brown sugar until fluffy, beat in egg and vanilla until combined.
- Combine flour,
cinnamon and baking soda. - Add flour mixture gradually to butter mixture until combined.
- Stir in walnuts
and chocolate chips. - Chill the dough 2 hours in the fridge. Roll one tablespoon of the dough into a ball, place on prepared cookies sheets and bake in a preheated oven at 180 deg for 10-12 minutes.
