quality tomatoes for a better flavor.
- 3-4 tomatoes cut in cubes
- 2 cucumbers cur in cubes
- ¼ green pepper cut in cubes
- ¼ tsp of salt
- ¼ tsp Celery powder
Mix all ingredients together in a food processor, keeping some cucumbers for later. Mix well, serve cold
in separate bowls, garnish with the cucumbers and few celery sticks if available.
