quality tomatoes for a better flavor.


  • 3-4 tomatoes cut in cubes
  • 2 cucumbers cur in cubes
  • ¼ green pepper cut in cubes
  • ¼ tsp of salt
  • ¼ tsp Celery powder


Mix all ingredients together in a food processor, keeping some cucumbers for later. Mix well, serve cold
in separate bowls, garnish with the cucumbers and few celery sticks if available.
