Bell Pepper & Labneh

If you need something refreshing and satisfying, try this snack!


  • 1 green bell pepper cut in half and deseeded
  • 2 tbsp. labneh (strained yogurt)
  • 2-3 pitted olives
  • Dash of salt
  • Thyme and sumac
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds


Mix the labneh with all the ingredients and fill the peppers with the mixture. Consume directly or store in
the fridge for later. Better consumed on the same day.
